We may cancel a tour or change any part of an activity at any time, without prior notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received at least 2 days before the activity, we may cancel the booking.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity. Not arriving on time at the meeting point will be treated as a cancellation.
Activities may be delayed or cancelled due to weather, accidents, illness, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be offered depending on the situation and the activity supplier.
