Terms and Conditions

Red Sands Sky View (“we”, “us” or “our”), provides tours, safaris, transportation and other activities (“Activities”) to participants (“you” or “your”) either itself or through its suppliers.

Vouchers and Tickets

All vouchers, tickets, and coupons issued for any Activity are provided subject to these Terms and any additional terms set by the owners, operators, carriers, or other third parties who deliver the Activity. Copies of such terms are available upon request. Purchasing a voucher or making a booking confirms your agreement to these Terms.

Forms of Payment

We accept major credit cards. Your card will be charged once you click “PAY NOW.” If you do not have a credit card, you may use alternative payment options shown during checkout. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the name entered during booking is correct.
In certain cases, for fraud prevention, we may request that the payment card used online be presented at check-in for verification.

  • For credit card payments, the merchant name shown on your statement will be “Red Sands Sky View.”

  • For Apple Pay payments, the merchant name shown on your statement will be “dnata.”

Currency Notice: Any local currency display is for reference only. Final charges are processed in AED, and your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Modifications and Cancellations

If you change or cancel a booking, the cancellation terms shown on our website for that specific product will apply. Please review the Product description and the “Cancellation Policy” before purchasing.

All change requests are handled based on supplier availability and approval. We cannot guarantee that change requests will be accepted. If a supplier cannot or will not approve a change, any refund (if applicable) will follow the booking’s cancellation terms.

From time to time, suppliers may make updates after purchase, including (but not limited to) dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age limits, or other features. We reserve the right to cancel, replace, or substitute a product at any time. If a major change occurs (such as a change in date or itinerary) and you do not accept the alternative offered, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Failure to arrive at the meeting point by the scheduled departure time will be treated as a “no show”, and no refund will be issued.

Supplier-led Cancellations

We may cancel, amend, or remove any part of an Activity without notice. Delays or cancellations may occur due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control, including weather, accidents, illness, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion and/or the supplier’s discretion.

Risk Acceptance

Some Activities involve inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit to participate. You must follow all instructions given by the Activity leader/guide (“Leader”). If the Leader believes your condition or behavior may put you or others at risk, you may be required to stop participating, and no refund will be provided.

Indemnity

Certain Activities may be hazardous. While we and our suppliers take reasonable steps to reduce risk, participation in high-risk Activities—or participation against the Leader’s advice—may require you to sign an indemnity and waiver form in English before joining.

Third Party Operators

Where an Activity is delivered by a third party or where a voucher provides entry to an event, we act only as an agent for the operator or organizer. Their terms apply, and refunds will follow their policies. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party operators, event organizers, or their representatives.

Travel Insurance

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, illness, injury, or death related to any Activity. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel and medical insurance. Personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times and are carried at your own risk.

Purchase Agreement

Unless specifically allowed, purchased services and travel products are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged for cash, or used for commercial or promotional purposes.

Promotional Offers

Promotions cannot be combined. Only one promotion may be applied per booking unless otherwise stated. Promo codes may be used for multiple purchases only if clearly specified.

Create Your Account

Discounts provided for creating an account cannot be used alongside any other discount or promotion.

Lost and Found

Items left behind will be kept for up to 3 months. After that period, they may be disposed of responsibly.

Governing Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute related to these Terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
